Robert Hubbard, Patent Counsel, has advised that he will be retiring from the Firm this month.

 Throughout his long and illustrious career, Bob provided intellectual property services to technical personnel, senior management, entrepreneurs and inventors on a variety of intellectual property matters involving sophisticated technologies covering software, semiconductors, food service equipment, surgical devices, coal machinery, air brakes, fire signaling systems, vehicular parts and systems, garments, cosmetics, electric power systems, industrial control systems and other electrical, mechanical and optical technologies.  

Before coming to the Firm, Bob was Patent Counsel for Mohawk Sciences Corporation and Senior Patent Counsel for General Signal Corporation.  

Bob is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a BE in Electrical Engineering.  He received his LL.B in Law from the George Washington University Law School.  He is a Registered Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New Hampshire. 

Bob was active in many IP related organizations including the Westchester-Fairfield Corporate Counsel Association ("WESFACCA"), where he was a past Chairperson of the Intellectual Property section, the Connecticut Intellectual Property Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. 

Bob will be missed by everyone at the Firm, his colleagues, clients and business associates.  We wish Bob and his family a happy and healthy retirement and best of luck in his new adventures.
