Mr. Scepanski is a member of the firm’s Trademark Practice Group, practicing in all areas of trademark and copyright law. He assists clients in trademark clearance and in the prosecution and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and in various jurisdictions throughout the world. He also represents clients in trademark infringement matters, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB), and in domain name disputes and proceedings pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

In addition, Mr. Scepanski has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and trademark coexistence agreements. He also has experience prosecuting copyright matters before the United States Copyright Office and representing clients in copyright infringement matters.

Mr. Scepanski’s practice also includes a variety of IP transactional matters, such as licensing agreements, assignments, non-disclosure agreements, and due diligence review and analysis.
