Diane Einhorn was a panelist in an upcoming WESFACCA program covering "DRAFTING CONTRACTS FOR TRANS-NATIONAL APPLICATION".  The program is scheduled for March 19, 2010  in White Plains , New York.  Details of the program are  in the WESFACCA flyer below.  WESFACCA’s International Law Committee, of  which Diane is a  Co-Chair, is hosting this program. 

 At the firm, Ms. Einhorn  handles transactional intellectual property matters, including product development agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, advertiser agreements with talent and service and consulting agreements.  Prior to joining the firm,  Ms. Einhorn had 30 years of in-house experience, including many cross-border transactions.
